You & a guest are invited to join the LOC as we tip off preparations for The Big Hoopla and the First Four to return to Dayton in 2022. Make sure you’re there as we safely huddle up for a night of community, food, drink, and fun. As part of the festivities, we’ll present the 2019 Hoopla Awards, give out LOC gift packages, look back at the events of the last two years, review the 2022 sponsorship packages, and get our heads in the game for another awesome Hoopla season.
