Thank you for registering to be an exhibitor for the 2024 Big Hoopla STEM Challenge on Sunday, March 172024 from 12:00 – 5:00pm. We ask that all exhibitors be ready for students and their families by 12:00pm on Sunday, March 17 as family check-in begins at 11:00am. The Opening Ceremony will begin at 12:00pm. We encourage you and your colleagues to attend the Opening Ceremony. Exhibit close and teardown will begin at 4:30pm, at which time winners are announced and attendees begin to claim their prizes.

Below is a summary from the Dayton Convention Center about exhibitor setup and teardown.

Exhibitor Set-up:

Friday March 15 from 9am–5pm *Drop-Off Only, Hall A
Saturday March 16 from 9am–5pm *Drop-Off Only, Hall A

Saturday March 16 from 5pm-10pm *Can Begin Setup
Sunday March 17 from 7am–11am *Setup, Last Minute Drop-Off

Exhibitor Clean-up:

Sunday March 17 from 4:30pm-11:59pm
Directly AFTER close of event, Exhibitors cannot leave and return for cleanup.

All items MUST be removed from the premises at the end of Event on Sunday night unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Shipping Requirements:  Items would need to arrive while the Exhibitor is on site and can sign for it. To make shipping arrangements, please contact Dayton Hoopla.
