The AC001GZ is a cordless Air Compressor, designed in the main for interior nailing applications including finish nailing with 18 Ga nails, using regular pressure air tools, compatible with Makita AF353, AT638A, AF506 and AF601. The AC001GZ is powered by 40V Max XGT slide type battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 40V brushless motor, to deliver up to 6,000 rpm motor shaft, 2,075 rpm crank shaft, 34 litres per minute at 0.62 MPa air flow and a maximum pressure 1 to 134 PSI. The AC001GZ has a maximum of 0.93 MPa maximum air pressure in the tank with a cut in pressure at 0.72 MPa and cut out pressure at 0.93 MPa. The AC001GZ is designed with an oil-free pump and is equipped with on/auto-off switch, regulator knob to control the air pressure and outlet pressure gauge. The AC001GZ is fitted with a rigid roll cage type frame to minimise the chance of damage to the motor and compression units, 1 outlet, a 7.6 litre tank capacity and a carrying handle with rubberised grip for ease of transporting. The AC001GZ features cut out pressure; when the AC001GZ is turned on and begins to run, air pressure in the tank begins to build up, building to a required pressure before the motor automatically shutting off. This protects the air tank from pressure higher than its design rating and cut in pressure; when the AC001GZ’s motor is off, the air tank pressure drops as the air tool is used. When the tank pressure drops to a certain level, the motor will automatically restart. 1 year manufacturer warranty with a further 2 years when registered within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not apply where non-genuine or recommended parts or accessories are fitted to the tool. The use of non-genuine or compatible batteries and chargers with Makita tools will invalidate the Makita guarantee for our tools.
