The system features laser-cut, formed steel panels paired with CNC-machined and forged aluminum side connector plates for uncompromising durability.

Each connector plate includes integrated tie-down points and DRT-branded machining for both form and function. The forward and rear crossbars are laser-cut, formed, and welded steel for maximum rigidity, while the center crossbars utilize extruded 6061-T6 aluminum with a premium sand-texture finish. The entire assembly mounts securely to the vehicle using billet aluminum brackets precision-forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser-engraved with the DRT logo and ties directly into the XPEDITION’s OEM roof mounting points for a rock-solid fit. All necessary hardware is included and features black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel, ensuring long-term performance and corrosion resistance.
