Rancho Momokiemo, nestled in Coapilla, Chiapas, Mexico, at an altitude of 1480 meters, is a shining example of agroecological coffee farming. Situated in a region enriched by Zoque culture and surrounded by lush pine forests, the farm is near the picturesque Laguna Verde. Originally used for grazing and cultivating grains, Momokiemo transformed in 2019 under the 'Sembrando Vida' program, shifting to coffee production using sustainable, low-impact practices. The farm grows Marsellesa and Costa Rica 95 coffee varieties alongside native plants, fostering biodiversity.

COE #3 winning lot from Sítio Santa Luzia. Situated in the mountainous Mantiqueira de Minas region of Cristina, southern Minas Gerais, is a family-run coffee farm owned by Ronaldo and Luziane. Acquired in 2007, the farm, at an altitude of 1100 to 1180 meters, specializes in producing high quality coffee, primarily the Catucaí 2SL variety. With a total area of 9.1 hectares, the farm is managed sustainably with guidance from Cocarive agronomists. Ronaldo, Luziane, and their children actively participate in all stages of coffee production, emphasizing quality and environmental respect. The meticulous process involves hand-picking ripe beans, careful washing, and meticulous drying on the patio.

The farm, situated at 1650 meters, benefits from ideal growing conditions that enhance the quality of the coffee. Known for its vibrant floral and fruit-forward profile, Las Virginias embodies Dolmin’s commitment to innovation and craftsmanship, earning a top ranking in the 2024 Cup of Excellence.
